Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sampson's Royal Elite Transportation markets and arranges Executive Transportation, Corporate Transportation, Wedding Transportation, Private Chauffeur, Funeral Limousine, Airport Transportation, Event Transportation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://sampsonsroyalelitetransportation.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sampson's Royal Elite Transportation or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Sampson's Royal Elite Transportation may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sampson's Royal Elite Transportation makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sampson's Royal Elite Transportation's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Sampson's Royal Elite Transportation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
